Ohio-based Forest City Enterprises, a leading, publicly-traded real-estate company, turned to Sabre to direct branding and advertising efforts for their latest project, The River Lofts at Ashton Mill in Cumberland, RI.
Ashton Mill, originally built in the late 1840s, and out of operation since the 1980s, manufactured a range of products, from textiles to fiberglass marbles. Currently under full restoration, Forest City is renovating the historical landmark into contemporary loft-style apartments.
In February, Sabre began a comprehensive branding project for the The River Lofts. Projects included logo design, literature, advertising and website development. Signage featuring the properties identity is slated for production and installation by Sabre Digital Creative through October and November of 2005.
